Products listed in the Shop section of are website are available for direct delivery to our customers in The Netherlands, from Wednesday to Friday every week. You can also find some of our products on Crisp, where you can also find our frozen pizzas.
Dough balls will be sent frozen in an insulated package. You will receive them slightly thawed, and at that point you can transfer them to the freezer for future use. It is safe to refreeze the dough.
Deliveries are performed by us directly (when possible) or by 3rd party delivery services.
We deliver Wednesday through Friday, from 17:00 to 22:00 but delivery slots are limited and might be unavailable, so please make sure to order ahead of time.
Select a day for your delivery at checkout. You will be contacted on the day of delivery with an estimated time of delivery, and in case of 3rd party delivery, also with a Track&Trace. Please understand that the defined delivery time is only an estimate and make sure someone is at the address or provide instructions on how/where to deliver in case of your absence.
Although you can instruct the courier to leave the package with a neighbour or in a safe place if possible, we cannot guarantee that this will happen and cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods where you have not been in to accept delivery.
Package will not be re-delivered the next day because of the contents. It will be disposed of and we will not hold any liability if it cannot be left on the delivery day. We cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods, if you decide to change the date of delivery of an order that contains chilled or frozen products after you have received your shipping confirmation and the goods are in the possession of our third-party courier.

Returns
Since we deliver a chilled and/or frozen products, returns are not possible. If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods, please get in touch within 24 hours of the delivery to report any such issue.
