Delivery Information

Products listed in the Shop section of are website are available for shipping to our customers in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

You can also find most of our products on Crisp.

Dough balls will be sent frozen in an insulated package with cooling elements. You might receive them thawed, and at that point you can transfer them to the freezer for future use. It is safe to refreeze the dough.

We ship every day of the week

Delivery slots are limited, and the demand is constantly very high, so please make sure to order ahead of time. Pickup is possible in Amsterdam only (Gyroscoopweg 10, 1042 AB Amsterdam).

Orders received during the week before 17:00 will be shipped the next day. Orders received from friday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Select a day for your delivery at checkout. You will be contacted on the day with an estimated time of delivery, and in case of 3rd party delivery, also with a Track&Trace.

Please understand that the defined delivery time is only an estimate and make sure someone is at the address. The items we ship are temperature sensitive, so please ensure someone is in to receive your order or it will be left in a safe place.

Although you can instruct the courier to leave the package with a neighbour or in a safe place if possible, we cannot guarantee that this will happen and cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods where you have not been in to accept delivery, or for any other reason.

Package will not be re-delivered the next day because of the contents. It will be disposed of and we will not hold any liability if it cannot be left on the delivery day. We cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods if you decide to change the date of delivery of the order after you have received your shipping confirmation and the goods are in the possession of our third-party courier.

Delivery fees apply and vary depending on your zone. Fees will be calculated at checkout. Free delivery is available based on minimum order.


Since we deliver a chilled and/or frozen products, returns are not possible. If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods, please get in touch within 12 hours of the delivery to report any such issue.
