To preserve this freshness and flavor, we fast-freeze each loaf.

If your focaccia is frozen, let it sit at room temperature for about an hour before placing it in the oven.
The focaccia is sent for delivery still frozen. It will keep for 6 months in the freezer, 3-4 days in the fridge.
