Focaccia is a oven-baked type of bread we make from our unique dough, risen and baked to a soft and airy texture with a crunchy crust. You can use it as a snack, a pizza substitute, to make a sandwich… We often use our focaccia as a base, and build on it with fresh or grilled veggies, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, feta cheese… the possibilities are limitless! We pick a variety of available fresh tomatoes to bake in our focaccia, making it not only delicious but also beautiful to look at – they say we eat with our eyes first!

Depending on your choice of additional toppings, pair this focaccia with a crisp, dry and slightly acidic wine – a nice rose, a light red, we prefer it with a glass of chilled prosecco.

Our pizzas and focaccias are made using only natural ingredients – there are no additives, no preservatives, no E-numbers, no artificial flavorings.

Keep refrigerated up to 7 days, frozen up to 3 months.

We jump on our fiets and deliver to your door:

– orders placed before 17:00, Tuesday through Friday, are delivered the next day after 17:00;
– orders placed from Friday after 17:00 until Tuesday, we deliver on Wednesday after 17:00.

Baking Instructions: Tomato and Black Olives Focaccia

Short version:

  • Preheat oven to 220°
  • Place the focaccia in hot oven for 4 – 6 minutes
  • Enjoy!

Long version:

Preheat your oven to 220°C, and leave it running at the temperature for at least 20 minutes, so it’s nice and hot. Place the baking tray in the oven, you want it to be as hot as possible to get a crunchier bottom on your focaccia.

When your oven is nice and hot, take the focaccia out of the packaging. At this point, you might want to add some olive oil on the focaccia, or any toppings you might enjoy. Pop the focaccia directly in to the hot oven, on the preheated baking tray.

Depending on your oven settings and desired crunchiness, bake it for about 4 – 6 minutes. Keep an eye on it, when the crust reaches a nice golden-brown color, the focaccia is ready!

Take it out of the oven, and leave it out to set for 3 – 5 minutes, preferably on a cooling rack. If you want to top your focaccia with some fresh ingredients, this is the time to do it. We recommend a nice fresh mozzarella Burrata, rucola, fresh cherry tomatoes cut in quarters… Meat lovers can opt for thin slices of prosciutto, mortadella or… well, we’re sure you’ll make it your own!
