————-

‘That’s too much cheese!’ said no one, ever! If rich, savory, stretchy cheese is your guilty pleasure, look no further – our Cheesy pizza is a cheese lover’s delight! Mozzarella gives it that milky, sweet base flavor; Gouda adds a level of opulent nuttiness; Provolone Dolce takes it all back with its luscious sweetness and mildness. True Parmigiano-Reggiano finishes it all off with a well balanced hit of umami, creating a perfect treat for the person that never says ‘no’ to a cheese platter.

When we’re having the Cheesy, we like to bake it just a little bit longer, so that the crust is extra crunchy!

What People Are Saying
Very fresh, light, soft and full of flavour. Their pizza’s taste as if an Italian grandmother has made them. By far the best pizza I had so far in Amsterdam.

Everything is delicious, fresh and convenient... Lovely pizza that feels like it’s made by a professional in your own kitchen, but on the other hand took really no effort from you to make and is such an easy, customizable and comforting meal for the whole family.

Baking Instructions: Cheesy Pizza

Short version:

  • Preheat oven to 220°
  • Place pizza in hot oven for 5 – 8 minutes
  • Enjoy!

Long version:

For best results, take pizza out of fridge/freezer, unwrap it and let it reach room temperature before baking.

Preheat your oven to 220°C, and leave it running at the temperature for at least 20 minutes, so it’s nice and hot. Place the baking tray in the oven, you want it to be as hot as possible to get a crunchier pizza bottom.

While you’re waiting for your oven to heat up, add any optional toppings to your liking (more cheese, salami, veggies…), and pop the pizza directly in to the hot oven, on the preheated baking tray.

Depending on your oven settings and desired crunchiness, bake it for about 5 – 8 minutes. Keep an eye on it, when the cheese starts bubbling and the crust is getting some color, the pizza is ready!

Take it out of the oven, and leave it out to set for 3 – 5 minutes, preferably on a cooling rack. We know hot pizza is hard to resist, but hey, this gives you just enough time to open a nice bottle of wine. The resting will ensure the toppings don’t slide off the pizza when you cut it, and keeping it on a wire rack will make sure the bottom remains nice and crispy.

That’s it, the pizza is ready to eat. Enjoy it and make sure to let us know how you liked it!
