You can now easily make restaurant quality pizzas at home! Our Classic Pizza Dough was created to provide the best possible result in any type of oven. Create amazing pizzas in your regular kitchen oven, achieve outstanding results in high-temperature indoor or outdoor pizza ovens.

The dough is created using premium ingredients, Italian high-protein flour Tipo 00, Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, long and slow leavening process to make the dough delicious and nutritious. Be warned, once you start making pizzas at home that are just as good or even better than the ones you get from a pizzeria, there’s no going back. You will be baking pizzas all the time!

The pizza dough that started it all! When we started our business back in 2020, our first idea was to bring fresh pizzas to you. The very first product that changed that was this dough, the Classic Pizza Dough. Tens of thousands pizzas were made using this dough, your reactions gave us the confidence to be adventurous and to create our Neapolitan and New York Style, and in time, to stop making pizzas and dedicate all out time to helping you make the finest pizzas in your own kitchen.

The Classic is just that, a very versatile dough that will help you make what we all know and love – a truly delicious pizza. The crust is airy and light with a lovely crunch, the flavor is reminiscent of homemade bread, it is very simple and easy to work with and that is why we always recommend it as a good place to start on your pizza baking journey. This dough can be used in your regular kitchen oven and in your pizza oven, with amazing, delicious results.

Packaging: 220g dough ball, frozen, packaged individually

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour – Italian Caputo flour Tipo 00; water; Italian extra virgin olive oil; sea salt, yeast.

Allergens: wheat, gluten

No preservatives, no additives, no added sugars. The dough balls are vegan friendly.

The dough balls are sent for delivery still frozen and individually packed in protective bags. The box is lined with insulating material and there’s a cooling element to provide extended cooling. If you’re not planning to use it on the same or next day, make sure the dough balls are kept in the freezer. Keep in fridge for no longer than two days.

The dough balls might arrive slightly softened, but have no worries. Place them in the freezer and they will keep for months.

How is the dough delivered?

Your orders are delivered via a courier service in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, please see details on our Delivery Information page. The dough is shipped frozen, in a well insulated and chilled protective packaging. The packaging is made of paper and fully recyclable materials. Each dough ball is individually placed in a plastic bag for convenient storage.

What is the shelf life of the dough?

The dough has a frozen shelf life of 6 months from the production date. It can be stored in the freezer until the best before date, or kept in the fridge for up to two days.

How can I bake the pizza?

How to defrost the pizza dough?

We recommend to take the dough out of the freezer and place in your fridge the day before you plan on using it. This will allow the dough to defrost slowly and proof slightly. Where can I find pizza toppings?

We thought of that – check out our shop for a selection of finest products carefully selected to complement our doughs and support your baking adventures. Make sure to get some semolina flour, it is essential in the pizza shaping process. We recommend you go fully authentic and grab a can of San Marzano tomatoes, and our recommended Fior di Latte mozzarella cheese.
