Rich in tradition and flavor, Salame Napoli Piccante is medium coarsely ground, offering a robust and satisfying taste experience. Seasoned with sea salt, red pepper, garlic, and Italian herbs, this salami consists of lean pork mixed with pieces of fat, providing a perfect balance of heat and savory goodness. It works perfectly on a Neapolitan pizza, but can be enjoyed on its own, in a sandwich, or as a boost of flavor to other dishes.

Ingredients: Pork, salt, dextrose, spices, chili pepper paste, hot pepper 1%, flavourings, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate). Casing not edible.
